Jason Isaksen...My experience with him

UPDATED MAY 2005
I first came in contact with Jason Isaksen through his program reviews website. As you probably noticed Jason highly recommends his own online business book.  He has many students that have bought his book and his internet marketing course. Are they all successful? No, not by a long shot.

Please read on...

I decided to purchase Jason's online book for $19.95 back in September 2004. I remember printing it off and kicking back in my easychair to enjoy a new money-making experience. Jason is a very down to earth writer and you immediately get the feeling that you are hearing from someone who sincerely wants to help you.  I enjoyed the book very much and after speaking with him personally, decided to purchase his course.

Four days later I received a Fed Ex envelope that contained a 2 inch binder and 4 audio CD's. I decided to read the written info first and then listen to the CD's. Apart from a couple of interesting ideas there wasn't anything here that I didn't know already.  For $198 I wasn't out a whole lot of cash but it wasn't exactly eye-opening information.

After I finished the course I got on the phone and asked Jason if this was all there was and how was I supposed to make the large income that he promised on his website. He informed me that to learn the real money-making secrets I would need to pay him $400 for a half-hour mentoring session.

Not only would I have to pay him $400 but it would have to send him a certified check or money order to his home in California. He explained that people who paid him by check or visa would cancel the check or do a chargeback on their Visa.

Warning signs were starting to go off in my head (bigtime) and even though I was intrigued and curious about his secret information I decided to profit in a different direction which has worked very well for me.

Jason Ryan Isaksen may have some secret internet marketing secrets to reveal but he certainly doesn't tell you them in his online book or his course.
MAY UPDATE
You might have noticed the internet war that is going on between Matt Gagnon  and Jason Ryan Isaksen and his student John Sbicca. There's even talk of a 1 million dollar lawsuit that Isaksen has against Gagnon for deflamatory remarks and libel etc...What a waste of good talent in both camps!

There's been a lot of name calling going on and I don't know where it's all going to end, but I wanted to let you know what each of these marketers have to offer you...the entreprenuer.

I know, because I've bought and tested both of these money-making programs and they both work. That's right, they both work and I make money every day with each of them.

Here's a breakdown for you:

First, Jason Ryan Isaksen and John Sbicca offer you a $20 online book called "Millions at the "Kitchen Table"  In it you'll find some good information about Internet Marketing in general and at the end you can purchase the basic course ($198) or the deluxe course ($698).

A day or two later you receive an online "bonus ebook" which lays out a plan to sign-up in 10 internet traffic companies. This makes sense because you're probably looking for a way to advertise and promote your own product and if you don't have one, then you can promote and advertise the same ebook that you're reading.

Each one of these 10 company's has been picked because of the high payouts that each new member will get from their new recruits. Some cost $10 a month and payout $5. When you multiply this by hundreds of new signups and 9 other companies all going at the same time it's not hard to see results in about 4-5 months. I make about $1400 a month doing this.

Since starting Mazu's Currency Exchange Program in November  of 2004. I took $1000 and turned it into $4250 in 7 weeks. I didn't do anything special, this is how the system treats everyone that follows the instructions. On January 1, 2005, I got excited and added $6000 to my portfolio. As of April 21, 2005 without adding any more of my own funds, my portfolio totals $94,800. This is apart from my reseller commissions from Mazu which will easily achieve a six figure income by this summer.

I withdraw money  directly to my debit card to spend whenever I like and I am totally at ease with the safety of my money in the secure e-currencies where they reside.

So which program do I prefer?

Well, obviously one makes a lot more money than the other, but my point is this:

I think Jason and John really should try the Currency Exchange Program because I think they'll see the value in it and not have to rely on the word of people who never followed through.
At the same time I think Gagnon would appreciate how automated the traffic programs run, if done correctly.
